    Position summary

    obal Total Rewards strategy and reflect local market practices to attract, motivate, and retain top talent within the region.

    The successful candidate will work with the business and key stakeholders to help determine Total Rewards challenges and opportunities. You will lead on Total Rewards management and operations for Bulgaria and other designated international countries, including activities such local stakeholder and vendor partnering, benchmarking, annual compensation planning, budgeting, salary structures, and benefits administration. In addition, you will support on international Total Rewards projects and initiatives as needed.

    As a Total Rewards Consultant, you will:

    • Ensure the delivery of all Total Rewards administrative and operational processes are in-line with policy and governance frameworks.
    • Ensure compliance and market alignment of regional Total Rewards policies and practices.
    • Provide updates on the latest commercial and/or technical developments in industry and reward profession, presenting potential impacts.
    • Execute cyclical Total Rewards programs, providing direction and guidance on multiple Total Rewards matters including annual review and annual bonuses.
    • Provide guidance to business stakeholders and local HR teams in all Total Rewards matters.
    • Support regional efforts to address pay equity initiatives, including communications and educational programs, ensuring that compensation and benefits programs are fair and equitable for all employees regardless of their location.
    • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, including compensation and benefits providers and brokers, to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
    • When needed, liaise with IT and HR Tech team to provide requirements for system development and implementation.

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • University level qualification or equivalent within Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience or relevant professional body qualifications.
    • 8+ years professional experience in a similar role within a Total Rewards function, supporting EMEA or international countries, including Bulgaria, across both compensation and benefits.
    • Experience working with market salary surveys and compensation benchmarking systems/tools.
    • General knowledge of EMEA or international employment laws and compliance, particularly as it relates to Total Rewards matters.
    • Ideally have experience working in a matrix, multi-territory environment.
    • Advanced Excel user skills with Strong financial acumen.
    • Project Management Experience.
    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • A collaborative and customer focused mindset.

    The pay range for this position is €31,200 to €42,100. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
