    Position summary

    tion of the Sales organization. The responsibilities include leading a team of business advisors aligned to field leaders in Enterprise verticals, in addition to optimizing processes, and collaborating with Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Renewals, Finance, and Value Engineering teams. The role will perform deep analysis of the Sales forecast, pipeline hygiene, QBOs, and general business needs to support short and long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical strengths and business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with the Senior Vice President of N. America Enterprise to manage initiatives to support Operational Excellence and run-the-business priorities.
    • Manage a team of individual contributors, S&P Business Advisors (BAs), aligned to Enterprise Verticals ensuring standards of excellence are met across the team, best practices are shared and adopted, and the organization consistently supports the needs of the field leaders.
    • Work with the GTM Advanced Analytics team to develop tools, dashboards, and workflows to improve visibility to actionable insights.
    • Align and help oversee territory assignment and new year readiness exercises for the S&P BA team during annual planning and ad-hoc onboarding throughout the year.
    • Partner with members of the GTM function to provide program support for growth initiatives (i.e. Sales Plays, pipeline hygiene)
    • Serve as the trusted advisor and go-to-resource for the Enterprise team for any questions relating to Salesforce, sales tools, and/or general ad-hoc requests
    • Direct liaison between Enterprise Sales and Enablement teams including support of New Hire Onboarding and GTM Sales Programs throughout the year.
    • Support Quarterly Business Review preparation and slideware

    Required Qualifications:
    • 3-5+ years of experience as a people manager in a Sales supporting function
    • 8-10+ years directly supporting a Sales organization (VP+ stakeholders) with deep understanding of business analysis, sales cycle, and pipeline metrics.
    • Passion to grow their role and proven success as a trusted business advisor to Sales leadership in prior roles
    • Proactive by default, with excellent judgment, interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills, and follow-through
    • Highly self-motivated, analytical with demonstrated problem solving, and have sound business decision making skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work in a team environment, build trust & rapport with stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
    • Knowledge of common Sales tools to support business analysis, relationship management and forecasting (e.g., SFDC, Clari, PowerBI, Gainsight)
    • Experience in SaaS or technology industries
    • Experience leading a fully remote team, across North America time zones

    Travel Requirements:
    • Approximately once per quarter, domestically

    The base salary range for this position is $102,300.00 to $147,050.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
