Requirements

• HR Inquiry Handling: Address and resolve Level 2 HR inquiries and issues related to employee data, policies, and procedures.

Provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries via various communication channels.

• Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, making corrections as needed.

• Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Support employee transitions, promotions, and other changes.

• Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and practices.

• Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee queries. Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues.

• Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics as needed. Contribute to the analysis of HR data for decision-making purposes.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the HRSS function. Participate in projects to enhance HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 + years of experience in HR role.

• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office applications.
