    Position summary

    ve architecture (LLMs, agents, retrieval patterns) while owning the enterprise AI context schema and driving alignment across Business, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Cybersecurity, and Platform teams. Monitor AI industry trends, benchmark against peer organizations, and represent the company in industry forums and working groups on AI governance standards.
    2. AI Governance, Risk & Compliance: Establish comprehensive governance policies, guardrails, and agentic AI controls while leading AI red teaming, adversarial testing, and ensuring compliance with emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Executive Order, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, HIPAA, sector-specific requirements) through continuous risk monitoring and translation of regulatory requirements into operational controls.
    3. AI Lifecycle Management: Own the enterprise lifecycle for ML, GenAI, and agentic systems with integrated quality gates, outcomes evaluation benchmarks, and governance embedded into CI/CD, MLOps, and AIOps workflows.
    4. AI Portfolio Governance & Value Realization: Manage AI portfolio intake, scoring, and prioritization while defining value realization metrics and partnering with AI Champions, business leaders, and Finance to implement enterprise AI OKRs and standardized ROI dashboards with documented validation frameworks.
    5. AI Operations, Observability & Performance: Build enterprise AIOps capabilities with automated evaluations, drift tracking, and hallucination monitoring while establishing SLOs/SLAs and deploying comprehensive telemetry pipelines.
    6. Pattern Libraries & Reusable Components: Define standards and oversee development of enterprise AI pattern libraries and standardize reusable components with required metadata, observability, and safety compliance to enable federated development.
    7. Organizational Enablement & Change Leadership: Lead AI literacy programs, coordinate AI Champions Network while driving culture transformation and change management for AI-augmented workflows across Business Units. Design and deliver training programs, facilitate workshops, and embed collaboration practices that accelerate adoption and capability building.
    8. Platform & Vendor Ecosystem Leadership: Lead platform and vendor evaluations using defined selection criteria while optimizing the AI technology portfolio for performance, cost, resilience, and enterprise risk posture. Manage vendor negotiations, contract management, and procurement processes to ensure optimal partnership value and risk mitigation.
    Qualifications
    Experience & Expertise

    • 12-15+ years in enterprise technology, strategy, governance, or digital transformation with 5+ years leading AI/ML initiatives
    • Proven track record implementing AI governance frameworks, lifecycle management, and value realization systems in complex or regulated organizations
    • Deep technical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, and guardrails with ability to evaluate implementations and guide architectural decisions
    • Expertise in AI compliance landscape (EU AI Act, US AI EO, ISO/IEC 42001, sector regulations) and translating requirements into operational controls
    • Experience managing AI technology budgets and leading vendor negotiations

    • Executive presence with demonstrated ability to inspire C-suite leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders
    • Proven success building Centers of Excellence and enablement programs that drive measurable organizational change
