    About the Role:
    Are you a product management professional with experience in Enterprise Workforce Management (WFM) and SaaS B2B delivery? Do you have a passion for shaping the future of work by building new solutions and taking products to new markets? If so, we want you to join our team!

    This key role will be primarily focused on leveraging UKG's unique planning and forecasting product portfolio and domain expertise to deliver value to our customers across our industry verticals. Taking existing powerful solutions and partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you will identify new opportunities, clarify value propositions and build out a robust roadmap to deliver new Go To Market strategies Operational responsibilities for managing new product through to successful delivery will also be a key component of this role.

    Responsibilities:
    • Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with overall business objectives
    • Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
    • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product & engineering teams

    Required Qualifications:
    • 7+ years' experience delivering or managing SaaS applications within an Agile environment
    • Knowledge and experience in the areas of application configuration, support, and application lifecycle management
    • Experience in the domain of Workforce Management, either as an end user or product professional, within at least one of the following industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Services & Distribution
    • Proven track record of working with key accounts to deliver Product into the hands of end users
    • Experience of working with, or building products leveraging AI highly preferred

    The pay range for this position is $142,100 to $204,200 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
