    Position Overview
    Principal Solution Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end payroll solutions that meet the complex requirements of multinational organizations. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring global payroll systems are scalable, compliant, and integrated with broader HR and financial ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in payroll platforms with a strong understanding of international payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the design and architecture of global payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and local regulations across multiple countries.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current systems, and recommend improvements or new solutions.
    • Working directly with UKG OneView customers to oversee the implementation and integration of payroll solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between payroll, HRIS, time tracking, and financial systems.
    • Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and detailed specifications for payroll solutions.
    • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and global payroll regulations.
    • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    • Advocate for process improvements and best practices in payroll operations and technology.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting global payroll.

    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree with an information systems focus is preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise payroll solutions, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-country payroll environment.
    • Superior knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and integrations with HR, benefits, and financial systems.
    • Experience with leading payroll platforms (e.g., UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and relevant integration technologies.
    • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

    Preferred Experience
    • Prior experience with full lifecycle implementation of the UKG OneView global payroll solution, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Familiarity with HR, talent, benefits, and workforce management modules as part of an integrated HCM suite.
    • Experience working with multinational organizations and understanding of the challenges of global payroll operations.
