approach. As a trusted thought partner, you will provide expert market and talent guidance throughout
the search process. Your work to identify and engage exceptional talent will directly impact the company's
ability to innovate and grow.
Develop robust search strategies and drive targeted research activities including competitive
insights, talent availability, market trends and compensation benchmarks.
Influence executive recruiters and business leaders with your expertise including data and market
insights
Foster a proactive always on approach to talent pipelining, networking and engagement
Proactively source and introduce exceptional talent with diverse backgrounds and experiences
Collaborate effectively with internal team members, partners and stakeholders throughout the
end-to-end search lifecycle
About you:
5+ years of sourcing/research experience at executive levels (Senior Director+), preferably with a
mix of search firm and in-house experience
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Creative, innovative problem solver with solution-oriented approach
Established network of executive talent in GTM, CX and/or G&A
Comfortable with presenting strategic, data driven guidance and recommendations around market
dynamics, talent trends and candidate expectations

The pay range for this position is $145,600.00 to $200,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
