The Print Service Specialist acts as a liaison between the various support teams and the print facilities, as well as working with customers directly to resolve matters for which we are able. A Print Service Specialist must be organized and is responsible for supporting a mix of Mid-Market and Enterprise clients that use the Print Service product. The qualified candidate will have a strong understanding of how to provide exceptional quality service and effective communications with our UKrewers and customers. The position demands strong organizational skills and problem-solving expertise, while working with time sensitive data. Communication skills and empathy are necessary. We also ask for our team to be intuitive with the responsibilities, and open recommendations on how we as a team can improve our efforts is encouraged. Each UKrewer is also expected to work independently throughout the day, however we do have a team environment who may assist one another as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts post-live for Payroll Critical matters and Change Maintenance.
Coordinate onboarding of new accounts for Print Service
Assist with our print facilities, consultants and customers with bank testing prior to client go live processing.
Follow-up on Salesforce Cases for print inquires through resolution.
Support of file monitoring and shipping notifications, and their updates.
Special Print Handling request of our customers which are changed after processing.
Build and maintain strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization.
Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as experienced in handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, while prioritizing according to time sensitivity and business need.
Recognize opportunities for process improvements, and participate in inter-team efforts accordingly
Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, as well as our own UKG software environments after training
Having past customer service experience with excellent outcomes is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be able to manage in an organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments specified by each task
Expected to work overtime as required as the business needs
Must in times of need have a flexible schedule to accommodate our support hours.
Must be able to speak to and respond promptly to urgent matters upon escalation.
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team-environment

The pay range for this position is $15.04 to $21.61 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
