    Position summary

    You'll manage multiple projects of varying size, scope, and complexity - always staying adaptable, agile, and focused on results. From timelines and budgets to stakeholder engagement, you'll ensure every project meets client expectations and delivers measurable value.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead workforce management implementations across multiple locations and environments.

    • Define project scope, develop and maintain detailed plans, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

    • Be the main point of contact for clients - managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including consultants, support, and engineering, to align on goals and deliver outcomes.

    • Oversee the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, quality delivery, testing, deployment, risk mitigation, and reporting.

    • Prepare and present regular project updates, including status reports and executive briefings.

    • Proactively manage escalations and lead senior stakeholder discussions.

    • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and identify opportunities to add value.

    What You'll Bring

    Experience

    • 2-5 years managing enterprise-level, multi-workstream project deployments either in a project manager or senior project coordinator role.

    • Proven track record delivering software implementation projects end to end.

    • Workforce management experience highly regarded.

    Skills

    • Confident managing multiple projects while maintaining strategic focus.

    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.

    • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills - comfortable presenting to executives.

    • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio.

    • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused.

    • Skilled in prioritisation, issue and risk management.

    Certifications

    • PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.

    Education

    • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field advantageous.
