About the Team:
The Sales Data Quality Analyst supports the overall Go-To-Market Sales mission by way of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within Salesforce CRM. This individual will join the Sales Analytics team that supports the UKG Global Sales organization. Together they influence go-to-market strategy, sales productivity, sales effectiveness, customer segmentation and sales coverage.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for auditing the quality of the data in salesforce, performing high quality data updates, and managing incoming request to change data.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data updates, and account creation in Salesforce with attention to detail and maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Process account change requests submitted through Salesforce in accordance with UKG Policy , GTM strategy and service level agreement, corresponding promptly and professionally.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide ongoing support and facilitate strategic decisions.
• Conduct thorough research on companies, particularly on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and in a concise manor.
• Respond to ad hoc data collection and analysis requests.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Excel & Outlook (able to write Simple Formulas , Xlookups etc.)
1+ year of administrative, customer service, finance, or research experience
Strong sense of accountability for and ownership of assigned projects
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team-minded work ethic with experience working under limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree
Ability to stay agile and adapt to an evolving landscape
A strategic thinker with sound judgment

The base salary range for this position is $50,400 to$72,400; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
