Jumpstart Your Sales Career at UKG
Are you ready to explore the world of sales at one of the most people-centric tech companies in the industry? UKG's Go-to-Market Intern Academy is a full-time, 12-week summer internship designed to give you real-world experience, professional development, and a taste of what it's like to thrive in a high-performing sales environment.
What You'll Experience
4 Days/Week: Work as a core member of a Go-to-Market team in one of our dynamic sales tracks.
1 Day/Week: Join your intern cohort for workshops, mentorship, and group projects.
Intern Conference: Present your work to UKG leaders and network with professionals across the company in Boston.
About Our Sales Track
Each intern is placed in one of the following tracks based on interest and fit:
Business Development
Research target companies and contacts
Connect with prospects via calls and emails
Shadow sales calls and practice cold outreach
Use Salesforce to manage leads and accounts
Presales
Help prospects understand product value before they buy
Build training materials and demo support tools
Analyze Salesforce dashboards and reports
Account Executive Support
Assist with lead generation and strategic outreach
Conduct account research and client engagement
Participate in marketing campaigns and events
Basic Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Available full-time (Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week) for the duration of the 12 week program
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
Sophomore and Junior standing (Class of 2027-2028)
Sales curiosity and initiative
Cold calling or prospecting experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce

Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
