Senior Manager, Professional Services Consulting - UKG Pro WFM

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our team of Project Managers and Solution Consultants in the successful implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions for our customers across North America. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, solution consulting, and workforce management systems, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. A key priority for this role is ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Solution Consultants, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and support to excel in their roles.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team.
  Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans to enhance team members' skills and career growth.

Project Management

• Mentor and support Project Managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Provide guidance and oversight to Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Assist Project Managers in identifying and mitigating project risks, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among Project Managers to drive consistency and excellence in project delivery.

• Monitor and review project progress, offering strategic advice and support to Project Managers to keep projects on track.

Solution Consulting

• Provide strategic guidance and expertise to customers on the implementation and optimization of UKG Pro WFM solutions.

• Support Solution Consultants in collaboration with customers to understand their business needs, define project requirements, and develop tailored solutions that drive business value.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solution designs, configurations, and integrations that meet customer expectations and industry best practices.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and point of escalation for project-related matters.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the implementation process.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement in our implementation methodologies and service offerings.

Customer Satisfaction

• Prioritize customer satisfaction as a key metric of success for all projects.

• Implement strategies to measure and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term relationships.

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Contribute to the development and execution of the department's strategic goals and initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and efficiency gains within the project management and solution consulting functions.

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to workforce management and project management.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in project management and solution consulting, with a focus on workforce management systems.

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

• Strong knowledge of UKG Pro WFM solutions and their implementation methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Advanced degree preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

The base salary range for this position is $126,300 to $181,550 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
