    Position summary

    The Solution Consultant will rely on their proven project management skills, including proactive, clear communication, and critical thinking with a focus on problem-solving and problem-resolution to complete their project tasks on schedule and with high quality.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Participation in the Request for Proposal process to include:

    • Creating and managing workspaces and projects in Ombud

    • Serving as project lead for all assigned proposals, taking a first pass on virtually all components of a proposal

    • Primary expertise to focus on completing ALL WFM functional components of proposals, including but not limited to:

    • Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, etc.

    • Following the proposal process, documented guidelines

    • Effectively managing all timelines while meeting internal and external deadlines

    • Producing high-quality, customized, and accurate responses to proposals

    • Working closely with external product partners, UKG departments, and advisors to collaborate on completed portions

    • Working closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and product SMEs to ensure accuracy and timely submissions

    • Schedule and coordinate kick-off calls and/or strategy meetings and collaborative efforts with other assigned SMEs via tools (i.e., Zendesk/Ombud/Salesforce)

    • Assist in updating database content and collaborate with Proposal Services Curator(s)

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Participate in product learning sessions/courses (scheduled/as needed)

    • Attend all Proposal Services team and offsite sales meetings

    • Manage and submit monthly expenses

    • Manage and complete project assignments as needed

    Required Background and Skills:

    • Knowledge of Global Workforce Management needs, minimum five years of WFM/HCM/Payroll experience

    • Ability to effectively function within a team environment, including ongoing communication, relationship development, and teamwork with all Proposal, Pre-Sales, and Sales team members, as well as subject matter experts throughout the organization and with partners

    • Become proficient in the following tools: Ombud, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Office

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines/constraints

    • Critical thinking and research skills are required

    • Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently

    • Proficient with current and upcoming technology trends

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of UKG Pro is a plus

    • Implementation experience is a plus

    • College degree preferred

    • CPP and/or PHR/SPHR certification recommended

    Travel Requirements:

    Responsible for all personal travel arrangements and logistics for meetings

    Approximately 15% travel required with overnight stays

    The pay range for this position is $78100 to $113000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
