he ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Staffology Payroll and a solid understanding of UK payroll legislation.
While this is not a project management role, a good understanding of the implementation project lifecycle and the ability to work effectively within structured delivery frameworks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the UKG Ready HCM solution for clients, with a focus on Payroll and related modules.
• Lead or contribute to discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure payroll systems using IRIS Staffology Payroll.
• Migrate and validate payroll data in line with UK compliance standards (e.g., HMRC, RTI, pensions).
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on payroll processes and system use.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Understand and align to project delivery timelines, risks, and milestones, without directly managing projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong functional experience with HCM systems and processes, particularly UKG Ready, with a focus on Payroll implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Staffology Payroll.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll compliance, including tax codes, pensions, RTI, and statutory reporting.
• Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll requirements and configure systems accordingly.
• Comfortable working within structured project environments, understanding key phases such as discovery, build, test, and go-live.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Experience in training delivery and user support.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Fluent in spoken and written French or Dutch (other European languages considered an advantage).
• Familiarity with additional modules such as Time & Attendance, Leave Management, or Core HR.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, or data import/export processes.

The pay range for this position is 19,800.00 € to 26,750.00 €. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
