Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform all phases of UKG's implementation methodology
• Responsibility and processing for Post-Go-Live projects/requests/tickets
• Provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance to the customer
• Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support
• Track, manage, and oversee the resolution of open implementation issues/items
• Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project- or Post-Go-Live request related items
• Meet project and Post-Go-Live task milestones and due dates
• Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes
• Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Saas software implementation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field
• Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills (English and French)
• Strong time management and organizational skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources
• General Business Acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of Saas software implementation in the HR industry
• Experience with HR software tools
• Configuration, testing & data mapping experience
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
