Duties & Responsibilities:
Be a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to support the Print Shop
Provide basic software and computer hardware support for Print Shop Team.
Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Printers
Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Sealing Equipment
Manage the users for Uluro and other internal applications.
Work with general direction to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in complex situations.
Provide initial support structure for our FPS Application system and work with the development team to troubleshoot issues.
Setup new customers in various systems
Create Signature and Logo files from submitted forms.
Basic Qualifications:
0-2 years related work experience.
Basic Understanding of Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
Must be proficient with and adopt new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline.
Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Be a motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues.
Exceptional communication and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
Takes ownership and proactively addresses challenges and opportunities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $35,300 to $50,700. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
