    Position summary

    . Must have a proven track record of being able to work effectively in a task-oriented environment with a high attention to detail and quality of work output.

    Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
    • Process the following items for multiple customers in a timely manner with a high level of customer service and quality: Mainly COBRA (Complete COBRA), Health and Welfare, Life events, new hires, haste enrollments, Evidence of Insurability (EOI) forms, dependent eligibility verification, work status events, appeals, HSA administration, and payroll adjustments
    • Complete customer data audits based on pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Drive to specialize in certain tasks
    • Ability to successfully track time spent on tasks/activities and follow departmental protocols
    • Identify process improvement opportunities based on current workflows in the department and communicate with leadership

    Required Qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently and/or as a team
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Proficient using the Microsoft Suite of software
    • Excellent judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions (Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)
    • Bachelor's degree (B.Com./B.Sc./B.A.) or equivalent
    • Experience with Benefit Administration Software and/or other HCM Benefits Administration technology solutions is preferred
