The Senior Benefits Systems Consultant, will be responsible for managing and supporting the configuration of a complex benefits system and supporting other technical system needs. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include working with customers on their Open Enrollment (OE) Renewals, completing Post-Live configuration and system update projects, and quality assurance. The Senior Benefits Systems Consultant will work closely with the UKG Pro Benefits Administration Support teams, Launch team, and Technical teams. The Senior Benefits Systems Consultant is a trusted, knowledgeable resource on the team that will provide consultative and technical guidance for UKG Pro Benefits Administration customers. Their main responsibility will be to manage configuration and OE Renewal projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with customers and internal teams to gather configuration requirements for configuration projects.
Projects are closed within set timelines and appropriate documentation maintained and uploaded to Salesforce.
Assist customers with Renewal projects that require specific configuration needs outside of the Guided Renewal Tool.
Update and coordinate the set up and testing of project configuration for Benefit Administration customers.
Communicate with customers and partners on outstanding technical requests.
Works independently to provide the best customer experience by thoroughly preventing escalations of customer needs.
Manage technical projects with critical deliverable deadlines and ensure success of the customer experience.
Other projects and tasks as assigned by Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years benefits configuration experience
• 2+ years Open Enrollment Consultation
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a dynamic environment
• Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations and resolve conflict
• Minimum 3+ years of strong customer service experience
• Health & Welfare 5+ years' experience
• Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
• This is hybrid position. Must be able to be in the office 3 days a week (Alpharetta GA, Atlanta GA, Weston FL, or Maitland FL,)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Understand cross-domain product and services integration and dependencies
• Excellent communication skills and follow-up skills are critical for success
• Prior Payroll experience desired
• UKG Pro experience preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of PlanSource a plus
• Strong Project management experience and skills. Ability to drive results collaborating with different teams.
• A bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field or at least five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in an outsourcing organization.
• CEBS, GBA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
