About the Team:

You will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure Team, a dynamic group dedicated to creating innovative solutions that drive our business forward. This team is special because of its collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence.

About the Role:

As an Infrastructure Systems and Storage Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our global network and services.

Manage and optimize infrastructure: You'll handle public cloud infrastructure and VMware environments, ensuring optimal performance and resource consumption.
Monitor and maintain system health: You'll detect issues, monitor system health, and ensure compliance with standards.
Develop and maintain documentation: You'll create and update technical documentation, including Run Books and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You'll work with IT, Technical Operations, and DBA teams for growth and capacity planning.
Participate in 24x7 support rotation: You'll handle escalations and provide system support.
Research and implement new technologies: You'll identify gaps and offer recommendations for improvements.

About You:

This position may perform work with the U.S. government therefore
· Ideal candidate should be a U.S. citizen
· Existing or previous Government Security Clearance preferred, or ability to obtain appropriate security clearance is required

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of experience managing infrastructure (ie. VMware, Openstack, HyperV, Public Cloud, etc.)
Proficiency with automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Perl.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, FedRamp, HIPAA, GDPR).
VMware certification and GCP knowledge are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
