About the Team:
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Datacenter Infrastructure Administrator with a minimum of 8 years of experience maintaining data center operations at Enterprise scale. This role focuses on ensuring infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and scalability to support business-critical systems.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and network infrastructure within the physical data center.
Performs installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware and software components.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for data center operations.
Manage server virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Optimize and perform capacity planning for power and cooling systems to enhance energy efficiency.
Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with policies.
Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory.
Develop and maintain datacenter operational documentation, including system diagrams and procedures.
Provide support for escalated issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise scale data center operations or system administration.
5-8 years of experience with racking and stacking server hardware, virtualization, and storage solutions.
Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP) are a plus

The pay range for this position is $62,300.00 to $89,550.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
