    Position Overview

    UKG is looking for an experienced leader to lead the Partner Delivery team, driving a highly collaborative environment with in-depth understanding of the business to ensure growth within our partner eco-system and high quality delivery of partner contracted projects. The Partner Delivery Team exists to support UKG partners as they contract directly with customers to deliver UKG solutions. They serve as the UKG presence on partner delivered projects, providing escalation management and industry knowledge to ensure UKG customers have an exceptional experience whilst implementing UKG solutions. The Senior Director Partner Delivery will serve as the executive presence on partner projects for ProSuite and ProWFM customers, driving strategy with our Global System Integrator (GSI) and Regional System Integrator (RSI) partners globally, ensuring strong collaboration and supporting a growing global team to ensure delivery excellence at all times. The teams' key areas of focus are:

    • Alignment with the Global Alliances team to ensure visibility into upcoming pipeline and new partners being signed to ensure both customers and partners are supported.

    • Enablement - manage and communicate the enablement strategy for both existing and new partners, working with back office functions to ensure our partners are certified and continue to grow their UKG expertise in line with market demand.

    • Project Delivery - oversee the governance of partner projects, undertake project reviews to ensure results are in line with expectations, go-live readiness to ensure customers have successful go-lives, budget & scope management and customer OSAT

    • Forecasting - working with partners to accurately forecast upcoming go lives into the business.

    The Senior Director Partner Delivery Team will have a proven track record in running partner programs within an Enterprise SaaS company, interfacing with both Global System Integrators (GSI) and Regional System Integrators. The individual will have developed strategies to streamline partner management, demonstrating their ability to manage escalations interfacing with senior executives as well as strong leadership skills for managing the Partner Delivery Team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring the successful outcomes of partner delivered projects

    • Team performance and quality of execution to ensure high quality results

    • Work collaboratively with the CX Implementation Services teams to ensure strong communication and alignment on all delivery aspects

    • Manage customer satisfaction and on-time delivery through partner project oversight and compliance

    • Communicate the UKG partner strategy clearly to the team and our partners

    • Go-live forecast accuracy to ensure the business has clarity on upcoming go-lives

    • Partner engagement ensuring the partners are supported, well thought through enablement plans are in place and executed to ensure together we deliver an outstanding customer experience.

    • Financial management collaborating with partners and UKG CX Operations on change control within projects and budgetary impact

    • Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement and learning through mentoring, training, feedback, and defining key metrics to demonstrate growth within the team.

    • Collaborate with a wide variety to stakeholders within Alliances, Sales, Learning and Community, Implementation Services and Support teams to share partner outcomes, successes, and concerns for project delivery

    • Initiate, lead, and participate in strategic cross functional projects and initiatives to develop further the best-in-class partner experience

    Who You Are

    • 10+ years of extensive leadership skills with experience leading a team operating in an Enterprise SaaS environment

    • 10+ years of management/people leader experience

    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software training, enablement, or similar role

    • 10+ years of experience services delivery management with partners

    • Ability to persuade and influence senior leadership to achieve results, obtain resources, and drive change

    • Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver, able to work independently and results-driven.

    • Well-developed relationship building and influencing skills and outstanding written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

    • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills; ability to work well in a quickly changing work environment

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field

    • Willingness to travel up to 25% including international travel

    The pay range for this position is $179,800 - $258,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
