    Description

    The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Capital Markets team within the Corporate Treasury department and will have responsibility for providing in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support capital markets transactions and related decision-making. The Capital Markets team is responsible for forecasting and reporting on cash and investments; managing and complying with debt and credit facilities; managing interest and currency rate risk; and ad-hoc Corporate Treasury function related requests.

    Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for reporting and analysis of the company's debt portfolio, including term loans, revolving credit facilities and senior secured notes.

    • Understand the company's various Credit Agreements to address debt-related inquiries and provide support to management as appropriate.

    • Analyze cash flows, interest rates and other market conditions to forecast interest expense and interest income.

    • Provide analytical support during refinancing transactions.

    • Review debt agreements, bond indentures, and loan documents to ensure adherence to covenants. Maintain financial models and monitor key compliance ratios.

    • Assist preparation of quarterly and annual compliance reports to lenders and ensure timely submission.

    • Provide support to management in the preparation for lender / investor calls.

    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely interest and principal payments and interest accruals.

    • Partner with Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury Operations, Legal, FP&A and other teams to meet the responsibilities of the broader Corporate Treasury team

    • Collaborate with banks and administrative agents to address debt-related inquiries.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Debt management or financial analysis.

    • Strong understanding of capital markets, cash management, debt instruments and financial regulations

    • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with debt or credit facility management, debt covenant compliance, and credit agreements preferred.

    The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $95,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
