    About the Team:

    The Broker Alliance team at UKG works closely with our sales organization to provide value-added partnerships, engaging a broad network within the broker communities. The team collaborates extensively with sales to maintain relationships with our broker partners, helping them navigate within UKG, educating them about our offerings, and supporting our joint customers and prospects. The goal of the Benefits Alliance team is to meet each partner where they are in their HCM and WFM strategy support.

    ​​​​​​​About the Role:

    As the Senior Manager of the Benefit Broker Team, you will lead a team dedicated to building and enhancing broker relationships and strengthening partnerships with national broker firms. You will ensure these partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing partnership performance, conducting quarterly business reviews, establishing executive-level relationships, generating opportunities, and collaborating closely with the UKG sales teams to strengthen the broker network.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop Broker Partnerships

    • Hold the team accountable for identifying potential partnerships that align with National Benefit Brokers' strategic goals.

    • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers to create mutually beneficial alliances.

    Performance Monitoring

    • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships.

    • Utilize data to optimize and enhance the value of these relationships.

    Quarterly Business Reviews

    • Support the team in conducting quarterly business reviews with partners to assess performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Build and Maintain Executive-Level Relationships

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders within partner organizations to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives.

    Generate Opportunities

    • Enable the team to work closely with broker partners to identify potential leads.

    • Help drive strategy to address broker referrals who could benefit from UKG's solutions.

    Strengthen Broker Network

    • Collaborate closely with the UKG sales teams in the region to strengthen the broker network.

    • Lead the team in sharing insights, coordinating efforts, and ensuring a unified approach to managing broker relationships.

    About You:
    Basic Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Software Sales, and/or Alliances

    • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, directly managing a team of 5+ employees

    • Current or previous experience working with broker networks

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving business growth.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.

    • Ability and willingness to travel (30%+).

    The pay range for this position is $142,100 to $204,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
