You will influence end-to-end business applications across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zuora RevPro, and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This includes discovery, design, build, test, data migration, and ongoing integration of acquired companies into UKG's enterprise systems. Your contributions will shape how UKG operates, scales, and delivers operational excellence.
About the Team
The Strategy & Transformation organization owns the vision, roadmap, governance, and delivery of critical enterprise systems spanning revenue, service, finance, data, and operations. We partner across Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Corporate Development, Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Solutions and Experience (ESE) to:
• Integrate acquired companies and products into UKG's enterprise business application ecosystem.
• Modernize quote-to-cash, service, and financial systems across Salesforce, D365, RevPro, and EDW.
• Design and govern end-to-end system architecture, integrations, data flows, and domain models.
• Ensure readiness, adoption, compliance, and operational stability across functional stakeholders.

About the Role
As the M&A Technology Integration Lead, you will own the strategy, roadmap, architectural alignment, backlog, and execution for integrating into one or more major enterprise platforms-including Salesforce, D365, Zuora RevPro, and EDW-while leading end-to-end integration initiatives tied to M&A.
You will:
• Lead full lifecycle delivery: discovery, design, requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, migration, and release.
• Drive major backlog integrations into UKG's enterprise landscape across Sales, Service, CPQ, Order-to-Cash, Core Financials, and EDW.
• Define integration strategy, solution architecture, data model design, and cross-platform interoperability.
• Own and prioritize the Salesforce and/or Core Financials product backlogs, ensuring maximum business value.
• Lead complex, multi-system programs with significant functional depth and cross-organizational impact.
This role demands deep systems expertise, strong product leadership, architectural understanding, and the ability to drive outcomes across a highly matrixed environment.

Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Enterprise Applications, Program Management, or Business Systems leadership.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Dynamics 365, Zuora RevPro, MuleSoft, Informatica/ETL, and Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale system integrations, including M&A technology integration.
• Strong ability to write detailed requirements, functional specs, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience testing cross-platform configurations, integrations, and data flows.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to operate in complex, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading global product implementations across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of end-to-end quote-to-cash architecture across CRM → CPQ → Billing → ERP → RevRec.
• Expertise in EDW design patterns, KPIs, metrics, and data validation.
• Salesforce, D365, MuleSoft, Informatica, PMP, CSPO/PSPO, or similar certifications.

The pay range for this position is $163,900.00 to $235,550.00 USD. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
