About the Role:
The GTM SMB Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the performance of our SMB representatives. This position serves as a key point of coordination for go-to-market leadership, requiring a deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools. The role involves coaching and mentoring to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of the SMB team, contributing significantly to their ability to generate new business opportunities for Sales Executives. As a partner to sales leadership, the Specialist proactively monitors success indicators and swiftly addresses areas for improvement. This role is ideal for someone eager to support a fast-paced team focused on lead identification and qualification.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy and cadence for supporting SMB selling teams.
Assess the unique enablement needs of each sales team and create targeted strategies, coordinating with GTM Segment Leads for content development and delivery.
Ensure common enablement needs are addressed, scheduled, completed, measured, and optimized.
Monitor the effectiveness of SMB representatives and SMB leaders to address skills gaps.
Provide direct coaching and mentoring to SMB representatives and managers as needed.
Participate in SMB leadership calls for planning and forecasting.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and the Sales Enablement Team to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement areas and drive enablement initiatives for the GTM SMB Team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across sales teams and within the Sales Enablement Team.
Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform enablement strategies.
Develop and execute strategic planning of enablement programs in collaboration with sales leaders to address their specific needs and drive team performance.
Design and implement training and onboarding programs for new SMB representatives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience of sales training or sales enablement, preferably in a B2B software environment.
2+ years enablement experience in a SaaS environment
Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Allego, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, SalesLoft)
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales Qualification Framework: MEDDPICC.
Strong understanding of various sales methodologies and best practices.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Data-driven approach to decision-making and program development.
Bachelor's degree
Ability travel between 10% - 15% of the time.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 - $108,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
