    What we are looking for:
    Sales Trailblazer
    You bring at least 5 years of proven success in driving new business sales, particularly within SaaS solutions. Experience with HRMS or Payroll platforms is a strong advantage. You're skilled at navigating complex sales cycles, closing deals with net new customers (ranging from 600 to 7,500 employees), and consistently exceeding quotas. Your results speak volumes.

    Ideally, you're located in or near Amsterdam and ready to tap into a dynamic market. You know how to build strong client relationships and make the most of in-person opportunities.

    Industry Insight
    If you've sold into Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution, or Retail, you'll feel right at home. You understand the unique challenges of these industries and tailor your approach to meet their needs.

    Bilingual Brilliance
    Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can deliver compelling presentations that resonate with stakeholders.

    Strategic Seller
    You're well-versed in strategic selling, thrive in collaborative environments, and can lead complex negotiations-including bespoke commercial agreements. You don't just close deals; you create long-term value.
