Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute a forward-looking Finance Engineering strategy that aligns with the company's overall business and growth objectives.
• Serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, influencing enterprise priorities and investment decisions.
• Lead finance process transformation across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report to improve efficiency, transparency, and agility.
• Drive the adoption of automation, data intelligence, and modern finance platforms to enable real-time insights and predictive capabilities.
• Oversee the design, integration, and optimization of core financial systems and data architecture, ensuring reliability, compliance, and scalability.
• Establish standards for governance, data quality, and reporting to support timely and accurate business decisions.
• Champion the use of AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to enhance forecasting, planning, and performance management.
• Foster an innovation-driven culture that continuously improves finance productivity, accuracy, and decision support.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Business Operations, and IT to align financial data, systems, and processes.
• Ensure Finance solutions meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements globally.
• Maintain strong internal controls, data privacy standards, and risk management practices across all finance technologies and operations.
• Partner with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure ongoing readiness and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Leadership & Talent Development
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Finance Engineering organization focused on collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Promote a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and innovation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience leading finance operations, transformation, or technology initiatives within complex, global organizations.
• Proven record of delivering measurable business outcomes through digital finance modernization.
Skills & Attributes
• Strategic financial acumen with deep process understanding (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A).
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, manage large-scale programs, and drive organizational alignment.

The pay range for this position is $233,300.00 to $335,400.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
