The VP of Human Resources will provide strategic leadership in developing and executing HR Strategies for the EVP, Chief Financial Officer's organization. This includes providing full-service HR Business Partner consulting, organization optimization, leadership coaching and development, talent management, change management and workforce planning. The successful candidate will serve as trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team on talent, culture and organizational design. The selected individual must be able to lead and drive cultural change, challenge the status-quo and develop innovative solutions to global business challenges.
Responsibilities:
Strategize and influence the executive leadership team on all aspects of people management and leadership.
Lead HR support for large-scale transformations impacting the organization. Design change management programs to drive adoption of new organizational shifts.
Partner with leadership to design and scale the organization to support rapid growth, ensuring effective structures and processes.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to address trends, improve productivity, and optimize organizational design.
Design and implement HR performance management and practices that drive results and build capabilities.
Develop and implement a robust succession planning framework to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
Identify the talent gaps and development needs of the organization. Develop programs to retain high potential talent. Champion leadership development programs.
Foster a culture of inclusion that aligns with company values and priorities. Promote DEI initiatives.
Continue to build exceptional HR business partnering capabilities that contribute to company performance and ensures that UKG continues to be a great place to work.
Skills Required:
15+ years of experience in a senior HRBP leadership role, with a broad depth of experience in organizational design, management coaching, team building, compensation, employee relations, training, and HR program implementation
12 years of global HR experience from large-scale enterprises
Demonstrated success in scaling functions for rapidly growing companies
Demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a high growth environment.
Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change.
Experience in the interpretation of people analytics is a plus.
Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Software or high-tech industry experience strongly preferred
Willingness to travel 25%.
Basic Qualifications:
15 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience
10 years of leadership experience within HR

The pay range for this position is $202,000.00 to $290,000.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
