    We are seeking a versatile Senior Product Specialist to join our Product Proposition team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting product reviews as part of product lifecycle management, ensuring we meet customer needs and our Consumer Duty obligations, including delivering fair value and identifying areas for improvement.

    A background and knowledge of the financial services and / or insurance industry is essential.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical mindset, able to quickly grasp information. Curiosity is essential, as this role requires someone who is eager to ask insightful questions, explore and seek innovative solutions. Being agile is equally important, as the candidate must be adaptable to changing priorities. This combination of technical expertise, curiosity, and agility will enable the candidate to excel in problem-solving and relationship building.

    You will also be responsible for researching and testing key initiatives on the roadmap, supporting the delivery of products to market, and conducting research to gain insights into target segments.

    Additionally, you will need to conduct market analysis to feed competitor positioning regarding strengths and weaknesses of current value propositions and potential gaps. You'll be required to present to senior stakeholders and support the development of the product roadmap.
