About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Control Representative to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.
The Operations Control Representative performs best in class inbound customer support with an emphasis on technical application assistance and operations assistance for truck drivers and carriers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates functional skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and other general account inquiries over the phone/live chat room in a single customer interaction to maximize the customer experience
Corrects discrepancies on customers' accounts, and researches and resolves billing questions (invoices, bonuses, vouches, cheque requests) where necessary.
Follows established escalation procedures to expedite prompt resolution.
Identifies opportunities for support automation and process improvement.
Cultivates a positive customer experience with every interaction to build and maintain user relationships.
Supports other lines of business as volumes dictate.
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner
Ability to work 12 hours shifts, 7 days a week, rotating day and evening shifts with a week off in between
Understanding of service-focused operations teams that support a group of customers whose operations are 24/7/365
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years supply chain/logistics or related experience and/or training
Bi-lingual preferred
Compensation: Starting at $21 per hour with opportunity for an increase after 60 days based on performance.
