About the Role

The Recruiter utilizes sourcing techniques to attract the highest quality of candidates and build a consistent candidate pool. Pre-screen resumes, screen candidates, and assist in hiring decisions while following established staffing processes consistently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish effective recruiting strategies and identify creative recruiting methods to source the most qualified candidates
Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical (software engineering) positions
Evaluates candidate profiles and resumes; represents the company to candidates; completes detailed candidate phone screens, prepares candidate evaluations, and presents candidates to hiring manager.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and interface with all levels of management in order to meet requirement needs
Solicit feedback from hiring managers concerning "satisfaction level" and adjust performance/staffing strategy according to the feedback to ensure continued customer satisfaction
Facilitate entire interview process by managing all parties involved, including the candidate and the hiring managers
Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates
Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
Ability to provide a positive experience to both candidates and hiring managers
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
Excellent verbal communication skills
Passion for building effective and high-performing teams
Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
5+ years experience recruiting for a variety of software engineering roles
5+ years experience working in a fast-paced start up environment
Co****mpensation: $80-90k
