• Key missions of the position:

To ensure Plant uptime and reduce maintenance cost through proactive practices

Responsibilities

• Main responsibilities:

• Ensure EHS compliance requirements.

• Equipment Preventive & Corrective maintenance.

• Maintenance of Spindle, Ball screw and axis bearings.

• Ensure that equipment's are in good working condition.

• Maintenance of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.

• Operation & Maintenance of Utility equipment's.

• Projects - Erection and Commissioning of machines

• Planning & Preparation of Site Maintenance activities

• Forklift & reach truck maintenance

• Tracking daily maintenance KPI's and reporting on time.

• Handling improvement projects to reduce machine down time, maintenance cost etc.

• Critical spares management.

• Possess a good experience in the commissioning and erection of Utilities equipment's.

• Key Role of TPM, 5S activities and Kaizen.
