What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

• Manage tax reform projects to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.

• Collaborate with the direct tax specialist to ensure comprehensive tax management.

• Coordinate the service provider responsible for tax compliance for Chile, Peru, and Colombia entities.

• Manage tax litigation cases at the administrative and judicial levels.

• Draft special tax regimes to establish rulings with specific conditions for Wabtec.

• Collaborate with Government Relations and commercial departments to ensure tax compliance and identify opportunities.

• Coordinate municipal, state, and federal tax audits by obtaining the necessary documentation, preparing response forms, and conducting risk assessments.

• Work proactively to identify risks and opportunities for direct and indirect taxes.
