Teamleiter Fertigung (m/w/d)

Was dich erwartet:

• Leitung eines Fertigungsteam für Anzeiger und Audiokomponenten

• Fachliche Führung sowie Urlaubs- und Stundenplanung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

• Kapazitätsfeinplanung und Einteilung der Mitarbeiter zu Produktionsaufträgen

• Endprüfung von Geräten

• Selbstständige Abarbeitung der Produktionsaufträge im Team nach den Vorgaben der Produktoinsplanung

• Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Qualität im Produktionsbereich

Was du mitbringst:

• Einschlägige Ausbildung z.B. als Industrieelektroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Fertigung und Test elektronischer Geräte

• Erfahrung in fachlicher Mitarbeiterführung

• Interesse an elektronischen Komponenten und Innovationen

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP

• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
