What will your typical day look like?
Supervision over the implementation of the operational activities of the warehouse, ensuring the effective operation of the warehouse through the optimal use of entrusted resources and infrastructure
Carrying out periodic and annual stocktaking (ABC), responsibility for the compliance of stock levels and registration of stocktaking results
Ensuring the continuity of production work through the proper flow of materials (Inbound/Outbound)
Managing a team of warehousemen: controlling the team's work efficiency and motivating employees to achieve goals
Developing and implementing solutions to improve and optimize the operation of the warehouse
Planning and coordinating the smooth flow of warehouse documentation, observing the rules of document circulation and storage
External warehouse management
Monitoring key performance indicators of warehouse processes and warehouse administration
Close cooperation with other departments in the company to ensure the highest level of internal and external customer service
Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules in the daily work of warehouse workers
What do we want to know from you?
+5 years of work experience in a similar position in a production company
Experience in warehouse transfer and change management (greenfield)
Professional English and Polish language knowledge
Knowledge of warehouse procedures, Lean Management methodology, labor law and health and safety regulations
MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point proficiency
Experienced in working with ERP and WMS class systems
Organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage a team
Experience in digitalization projects is considered a plus
UDT Certification is considered a plus
