Analyze and summarize bill-of-material, routing, and cost roll effects with business-critical insights.
Contribute to the S4 Hana ERP implementation project for CO - Cost and Overhead Controlling and Profitability Analysis modules
Take a lead in defining material master data maintenance best practices and workflows
Assess current financial reporting processes and help to define both long-term and short-term improvement plans
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis in support of various Global Operations projects
Develop and document work instructions and processes.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, Information Systems, or Engineering
Experience:
6+ years of progressive accounting information systems, ERP, and/or engineering document control experience, with at least 2 years in a global manufacturing organization; cost accounting and SAP experience a plus Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience and data analysis/query skills are required
Experience with SAP, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Business Warehouse (BW), and Analysis for Office strongly preferred
Position requires high levels of organization, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage a variety of competing deadlines as well as strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Requires strong financial analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills with an internal drive to solve problems
Demonstrated ability to influence continuous improvement and partner with functional leaders toward achievement of business objectives
Ability to translate complex ERP configuration, financial and accounting data into business terms and actionable insights
