Keep current on global tax matters - including Pillar 2 issues
Support team in preparation of Quarterly and YE Financial Reporting under ASC 740 for U.S. public company filings; includes significant foreign operations; use OneSource Tax Provision
Audit defense for income tax audits by tax authorities - support preparation of responses
Support team in coordination with outside advisors and local finance teams in foreign jurisdictions as needed - for planning, financial reporting, transfer pricing or audit defense
Work on special income tax projects with outside advisors as needed
Significant opportunities with expected changes from announced transaction to acquire businesses from BD
Qualifications
Education/Credentials: BS or BA; CPA, MST or JD a plus
Experience: Public accounting experience; 2+ years of experience
