    Position summary

    • Track the progress on order fulfillment and drive the efforts cross-functionally to maximize coverage and shipment rate
    • Prepare necessary report and use a data driven approach to summarize and basic analyze. Based on data analysis and industry best practices, design optimization solutions, integrate cross-departmental resources, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
    • Assist project management and process optimization. Support the management team to ensure team tasks and projects with Waters's goals, breaking them into actionable steps with clear ownership. Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience:

    • University Degree in Commercial, International Trade or Logistics, or a related field of study

    • Familiar with import and export business, 3+ years of relevant work experience in Customer Operations Order Process Management

    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools and related IT software

    • Working knowledge in SAP and Documentary Credit is a plus
