oversight and support for Quality, Procurement, and Facilities
Coordinate and consolidate CapEx reporting and forecasting across the Global Operations' network.
Coordinate the annual standard cost roll process across Global Operations
Deliver executive-level presentations and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement standardized financial processes to drive efficiency and consistency globally.
Support the development and tracking of financial and non-financial KPIs for scorecards and dashboards.
Monitor business trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with Global Operations leadership and cross-functional teams.
Represent Global Operations Finance in support of ad-hoc projects and initiatives (as needed)
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and external regulations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
12+ years of progressive finance experience, with a background in manufacturing and global operations.
Demonstrated experience in FP&A within a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling / planning tools.
Experience in global FP&A consolidation and coordination.
Strong understanding of supply chain/manufacturing finance and operational KPIs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
