Evaluate and support strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
Drive harmonization of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the Global Operations network to support strategic execution.
Lead financial support for transformation initiatives, including footprint optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
12+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in manufacturing and global operations.
Demonstrated experience in strategy, M&A integration, and cross-functional leadership.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling / planning tools.
Strong understanding of supply chain/manufacturing finance and operational KPIs.
Change management and transformation initiatives.
