Strategy & Design - Lead the evaluation and development of benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies. - Benchmark benefits offerings against industry standards and regional norms to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. - Provide strategic recommendations on benefit enhancements and cost optimization.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and regional HR teams.
Lead cross-functional projects related to benefits integration, M&A activity, or policy harmonization.
Develop and deliver training and communication materials to educate employees on benefits offerings.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's or professional certification (e.g., CEBS, GPHR) preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits, with experience focus on global programs.
Experience supporting complex M&A transactions
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and benefit enrollment tools
Excellent communication, vendor management, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting benefits in EMEA, APAC, and/or LATAM regions.
Prior involvement in M&A benefits integration or global harmonization projects.
