Informatics Marketing Assiatant performs application support in Informatics applications. Specializes in training support among application support. Focuses on food and environmental, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences markets.
The growth of the Informatics market has made customer support more critical after sales of informatics products. Domestic pharmaceutical companies are also building informatics systems that meet the requirements of international regulatory agencies, and customers want to use these systems in accordance with global regulations.
Customers demand high-quality and detailed post-sales support. We need a support plan that meets the needs of these customers.
Responsibilities
Informatics post-sales support.- On-site Application support for informatics customers - Software User training instructor for customers - Software Administrator training instructor for customers - Empower custom field training instructor and consultant for customers
Education:
Degree in Chemistry or Biology
Experience:
Experience (1-2YR) in hi-tech industry would be advantageous
Experience in using HPLC control software would be advantageous
Experience in Pharm QC or QA work would be advantageous
Skills:
Customer handling skills
Sound communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of HPLC
Good in listening, speaking and writing English
Strong customer-orientation with ability in developing and fostering long team effective relationships with key accounts & end users
Adaptable to dynamic and changing environment, frequent travelling acceptable as well
Highly organized / well-prepared / time management skills
Strong interactive skills and a good listener
Matured disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of dedication
Action oriented and eager to achieve results
