Qualifications
Previous experience in sales with hunter mentality and mid to strong sales knowledge important, No laboratory experience necessary
Familiarity and comfort working within CRM platform - Salesforce
Strong Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients
Determination, drive, and ingenuity to overcome obstacles
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Deadline and detail oriented as a self-starter, able to deliver while working independently
Ability to travel 25% for customer visits as well as internal meetings/training accordingly
Waters Employee Competencies:
Performance based position compensated on an hourly basis with a sales commission component including accelerators for over achievement to plan. This is not an entry level position.
