Intern, Onboarding Analyst - IT

Responsibilities

• Working with the Agile project team to deliver End User Enhancements and IT Onboarding Improvements

• Analysis of User roles

• Collaboration with Business users

• Creation of User Personas

• Testing of Automation

• Documentation

• Creating Process Flows for Software and System access requests

• Basic troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Office 365

• IT Ticketing system, Jira, ServiceNow

• Working within a Project team

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.
