    Responsibilities

    • Assist in analyzing current Production Planning processes and identify areas for improvement.

    • Support the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency.

    • Assist in the documentation of new processes and ensure proper training for relevant team members.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.

    • Participate in project meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.

    • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • A passion for problem-solving and innovation

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience of Life Science manufacturing beneficial

    • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4 or APO an advantage, but not required

    • Data analysis experience, particularly using PowerBI and/or Celonis welcomed
