As a Field Customer Application Specialist for the Wyatt Technology instruments (Key Light Scattering & Characterization Instruments), you will support customers across a wide variety of lab-based scientific business sectors meaning your role is very diverse and interesting, no two days are the same!

Responsibilities
So, what do our Market Application Specialists do? Below are some of the key responsibilities:
Install and qualify Wyatt Technology systems, provide training and advise customers during installation.
Technical and application consulting for customers during the pre-sales phase.
Perform test measurements and demonstrations using Wyatt instruments during the pre-sales phase. Prepare reports and present the results.
Visit customers to understand their needs and challenges, and then develop customer-focused solutions that add value and optimize their operations.
Build strong rapport and trusted advisor partnerships with our customer base to provide them with suitable advice and support on Wyatt Technology products and services - always looking for potential opportunities as to how Wyatt instruments can further advance their laboratory operations.
