FP&A consolidation point for all global reporting related to the Biologics business unit. Ensure all technical requirements are met and business systems match intended outcome. Build and deploy all required monthly/quarterly supporting financial packages.
Contribute significantly to the annual process of developing strategic plans and AOP plans. This role will support these processes through business partnering, financial/reason modeling and communicating with senior leadership. The role may be asked to define financial targets for the business using key business assumptions.
Act as the main finance contact for cross-functional teams involved in key company initiatives. Provide financial analysis and support for business reviews and decisions, covering areas such as operational efficiency, critical metrics, arguments, cases, and reasons.
Assist with month-end close process including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and various analyses. Provide any Ad hoc financial analysis upon request
Qualifications
BS in Finance required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred, with a minimum of 10 years of experience
Highly proficient in financial analysis modeling and reporting of important metrics
Robust communication skills - particularly with senior leadership
Ability to mentor others
