Responsibilities
Delivers training facilitation (virtual/face to face) for Buyer-Focused Selling program.
Manages each cohort's administration, delivery, feedback, and measurement.
Provides post training coaching and reinforcement to participants.
Works with sales colleagues, both managers and representatives, in the field with active coaching on the sales process.
Optimizes a centralized sales learning enablement system that delivers relevant content to support specific sales roles. Drives & monitors communities of practice and provides daily guidance.
Qualifications
Education:
BA/BS,
Learning & Performance Certifications/Training desired
Coaching certifications desired
Experience:
Training Facilitation: 7+ years' experience - demonstration of facilitation skills will be required.
Global commercial/sales, sales enablement experience
Proven use of using data to advise decisions
Strong solid understanding of salesforce CRM
