Deliver the appropriate solution using separation, mass spectrometry, informatics based on understanding the customers' scientific challenges and business objectives in the region
Maintain a certain level of scientific capability in a responsible country for the country's specialist(s) to propose and demonstrate the appropriate solutions to the customer facing challenges
Collaborate with all the managers across Asia Pacific Waters Organization, such as with Product, Program/Project, Informatics, Service Support, Scientific team and Marketing Services on current/new products and solutions that will best meet customer's business objectives
Support the Field Sales and Marketing Organization in implementation of programs
Other responsibilities as required by the business objectives
Qualifications
Qualification
Bachelor's degree with minimum 7-8 years of experience in Science related field. Prefer master's degree or Ph.D. degree in science related field.
Experience
Prior experience in Tandm Quadrupole products positioning and knowledge of the vertical segment's applications
Background knowledge on Separation Science and Mass Spectrometry is required, having technical background on Informatics and related regulatory compliance is advantageous
Experience in leading a team or managing a project task force

Ability to translate Waters' strategy to implementation
