Support recruitment, training, development, performance management and annual appraisals
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Planning functions to enable production schedules to be met
Ensure safe working practices and strong housekeeping standards
Qualifications
What you'll bring
Apprentice-trained or HNC/HND in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Proven supervisory experience and people management skills in a precision machining environment
Strong CNC knowledge
Ability to read engineering drawings (GD&T) and inspect components
Confident communicator and decision maker with solid organisational and problem-solving skills
